Tangy Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 Medium Carrot, shredded
  • 2 Celery Stalks, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green Pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped


  • 1/4 Cider Vinegar
  • 1/8 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/8 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Paprika

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, celery, green pepper and onion. In a separate bowl combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and paprika, mix well.
  • Pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
