Cows

We are currently in the process of transitioning into a full Angus herd.  Do to our cows only producing heifer calves in 2014 and 2015, which are going to be used for our breeding stock,. we have supplemented our herd with Holstein steers,  Until such time as we are able to breed all our own animals for butcher.

Our typical time from calf to butcher is 15 to 18 months.
