Our Beef
Our beef is all-natural. We feed our cows corn, mineral supplement and grass hay. We do not use medicated feed, or hormones, but we will give our animals medication if they are sick or hurt. We mange for taste and texture through our feeding regiment.
If you are interested in beef, we have quarters available throughout the year. We butcher a total of 6 cows a year. We bring our cows to Home (frenchlakebutchershop.com) where they are aged for 3-4 weeks. Please feel free to contact Mark Boon (612) 747-3386
