Roasted Radishes with Balsamic Vinegar
- Preheat oven to 350 deg. F.
- Wash radishes, remove roots and stems. Dry, if radishes are big, cut in half.
- In large bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt. Whisk ingredients together. Toss in radishes until coated evenly with oil.
- Spread out radishes on roasting pan or baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
