Pineapple Zucchini Bread
- Preheat oven to 350 deg. F.
- Grease and flour 2 loaf tins. 7.5in X 3.5in.
- Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
- Beat in eggs.
- Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Combine well.
- Pour into tins and bake 40-45 minutes, until tops are golden and fork comes out clean.
- Turn out while warm, and cool on wire rack.
