Cold Zucchini Soup

Directions:
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine zucchini, onions, broth, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese and dill. Process soup in batcches in a blender until smooth. Sir in sour cream. Cover and chill 8 hours.
