Cabbage Soup

From: Fresh from the Farm Stand

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Tomato Juice
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 2 Cubes Beef Bouillon
  • 6 Cups Cabbage, Chopped
  • 2 Carrots, Peeled and Chopped


  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Stalk Celery, Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Peas
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • Salt to Taste

Directions:

  • In a large soup pot, combine all ingredients except salt. Cook over medium-low heat until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Add salt to taste.
