Broccoli-mushroom Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 1 9inch Pie Crust
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Cup Fresh Broccoli
  • 1 4oz can Mushrooms



  • 1/2 Medium Onion
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Whipping Cream
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 deg. F.
  • Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Boil broccoli until tender. Prepare pie crust.
  • Place broccoli, mushrooms, onions and shredded cheese on the bottom of crust.  Beat together eggs, whipping cream, salt and pepper.  Pour onto broccoli mixture.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.  Lower heat to 300 deg. F and bake an additional 40 min., or until toothpick comes out clean.
